About the role

Our front-of-house team is at the heart of the guest experience, welcoming guests and creating a warm, easy-going atmosphere from the moment they arrive.

You’ll work either in waiting-on or behind the bar. Waiting staff provide friendly, attentive table service, taking orders and serving food and drinks. Bar staff prepare and serve drinks, keep the bar running smoothly, and help maintain a welcoming environment.

Both roles are hands-on and busy at times, but always focused on genuine hospitality, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Flexible part-time hours, a supportive team, and the chance to help create a place where guests can unwind and feel at home.

What the Role Involves

Waiting-On

• Welcoming guests and creating a great first impression
• Taking orders and serving food and drinks
• Looking after guests throughout their visit
• Keeping the restaurant clean and well presented

Please note: due to evening working hours, this role is suitable for applicants aged 16+

Bar Team (18+)

• Preparing and serving drinks, including cocktails
• Keeping the bar clean, stocked, and organised
• Serving guests in a friendly, professional way
• Supporting smooth service during busy periods

The Kind of Person We’re Looking For

• Friendly, reliable, and confident with people
• Enjoys working in a busy hospitality environment
• Good team player with attention to detail
• Previous experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided
