The best ingredients rarely travel very far.
Here in the Dales, we’re fortunate to work with producers who care deeply about the land and the food it provides. Our kitchen works with fresh, local and in season produce, celebrating the flavours of the region wherever possible.
That includes suppliers like Dales Dairies in Grassington. Their milk, cream and butter are everything dairy should be: rich, full of flavour, and made with real care. The cows graze the fields of the Dales, and the farmers have been doing it right for generations.
