Treat yourself to a rich and memorable evening of exceptional single malts, storytelling, and fine food with our exclusive whisky tasting evenings – join us for one night or both, the choice is yours.

Each evening includes a guided tasting of five (or more!) carefully selected whiskies, with a delicious dinner served midway. Throughout the evening, Phil will share in-depth knowledge of each distillery, flavour profile insights, and tasting notes – making this event perfect for both seasoned connoisseurs and curious newcomers alike.

Sunday 9 – A Rare Kilkerran Vertical Tasting

A true collector’s experience. Sample six remarkable whiskies from Campbeltown’s Glengyle Distillery, including five rare “Work In Progress” bottlings and the current 12-year-old Kilkerran single malt – a unique opportunity to explore the evolution of a whisky from cask to classic. These early releases have been carefully gathered by Phil over many years, brought together especially for this one-of-a-kind evening.

Monday 10 – Highland &; Speyside Classics

A hand-picked flight of five distinguished malts, featuring three Highland and two Speyside whiskies. Highlights include the acclaimed 18-year-old Glenmorangie, alongside a few lesser-
known gems that will surprise even the most dedicated whisky enthusiast.

expert guidance, and warm hospitality, it’s more than a tasting – it’s an experience.
