February 2026 sees the return of our much-loved Dark Skies experiences, celebrating the magic of the Yorkshire Dales – one of the very best places on earth for stargazing.
Join us beneath some of the darkest, clearest skies in the UK and witness the breath-taking beauty of the cosmos, from glittering star clusters to distant galaxies, all set against the dramatic Dales landscape.
We are delighted to once again welcome astronomer Neill Sanders and mountaineer Mark Reid, who will guide you through a series of truly out-of-this-world experiences designed to inspire, excite and amaze.
The events take place on Thursday 12 and Friday 13 February 2026, right at the opening of the Yorkshire Dales National Park Dark Skies Festival, offering a unique opportunity to experience the region’s spectacular night skies at their very best. Guests wishing to extend their stay can also take advantage of the weekend coinciding with Valentine’s Day, with the option to join us for our Valentine’s Supper and live music on Saturday 14 February, creating a memorable weekend that blends adventure, atmosphere, and romance.
Bespoke gift vouchers are also available on request.
